Supply Coordinator

About the role

The Supply Coordinator supports the UAMS HPCS Warehouse by managing inventory flow, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely delivery of medical supplies. This full‑time position contributes to efficient operations that directly impact patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and process requisitions for medical and ancillary supplies.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory within the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems and generate regular reports.
• Communicate with clinical units, vendors, and internal teams to resolve supply issues.
• Assist with periodic physical inventory counts and audits.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain preferred.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or supply environment, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management software.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
