About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Supply Coordinator to support operations within the HPCS Warehouse. This full‑time, regular‑position role contributes to the efficient flow of medical supplies and ancillary materials across the campus.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily supply activities and inventory management for the HPCS Warehouse.
• Track receipt, storage, and distribution of medical and ancillary supplies.
• Collaborate with finance and clinical teams to ensure accurate documentation and cost control.
• Maintain compliance with university policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparing reports on supply usage and inventory levels.

Required profile

• Current employee, student, or graduate assistant of the University of Arkansas System.
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
