Supply Chain Specialist 3

About the role

The Supply Chain Specialist 3 will oversee material planning, procurement, vendor management and global logistics for NAES’s manufacturing and service environment. You will execute MRP processes, create and manage purchase orders, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations while supporting the timely delivery of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor MRP processes to guarantee material availability and identify shortages or excess inventory.
• Create, issue and track purchase orders in ERP systems, ensuring correct pricing, delivery terms and contractual agreements.
• Manage vendor onboarding, maintain accurate master data and coordinate approvals with finance, legal and quality teams.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships, monitor performance, and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Implement supplier scorecards and track KPIs such as on‑time delivery, quality defects, lead times and cost performance.
• Expedite critical orders, resolve delivery issues and support global logistics operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain, procurement or materials planning within a manufacturing or service setting.
• Strong understanding of MRP concepts and ERP system usage.
• Familiarity with international trade compliance and global logistics processes.
• Ability to collaborate with production, finance, legal and quality teams.
