Supply Chain Project Manager (B3)

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Manager to join its Strategic Office in Santa Clara. The role is 100% onsite and focuses on leading high‑impact programs such as capacity management and planning that drive transformation across the global supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple strategic projects and programs, ensuring delivery of milestones, outcomes, and resource allocation.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, creating impactful PowerPoint presentations.
• Collaborate with global cross‑functional teams to align and execute strategic initiatives across Supply Chain and other functions.
• Analyze large datasets using advanced analytics tools (Excel, Databricks, Tableau, etc.) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Document project phases and share knowledge across functional areas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 4–7 years of experience in program management, analytics, or related roles within a matrixed or global organization.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Six Sigma are a plus.
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and geographies.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
• Experience with Databricks or similar data‑engineering platforms.
• Strong PowerPoint presentation design and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
