Supply Chain Project Coordinator

About the role

WSP is seeking a Supply Chain Project Coordinator to support the SCM Initiative across the United States. This remote position will work closely with the Power & Energy (P&E) team to deliver project‑specific supply chain solutions and drive client success.

Key responsibilities

• Provide analytics support for active projects, creating custom reports and tools based on client demands.
• Manage invoicing requirements and maintain financial data accuracy.
• Monitor purchase orders and requisitions across multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and performance metrics.
• Perform supply chain and logistics functions, including procurement, production planning, inventory control, vendor selection, and distribution.
• Deliver remote support and training as needed to client organizations.
