Supply Chain Process Manager (Hybrid – Buffalo, NY)

About the role

Moog is seeking a Supply Chain Process Manager to join its Central Supply Chain team in Buffalo, NY. This hybrid position partners with Operating Group Supply Chain teams to ensure compliance with U.S. government procurement requirements and to drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead internal audit processes and support external government audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA) to maintain an approved Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR).
• Provide subject‑matter expertise and training on FAR/DFARS procurement requirements, including price/cost analysis, commerciality, negotiations, and price reasonableness.
• Collaborate with the Central Supply Chain Excellence team to develop and deliver training on purchasing system policies, tools, and compliance.
• Support Supply Chain Compliance training initiatives and Communities of Practice.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of procurement experience with U.S. Government contracting, preferably in aerospace/defense manufacturing.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and experience working in a multicultural, geographically dispersed environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Graduate degree or Supply Chain professional certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems and procurement software.
• In‑depth knowledge of FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Experience conducting price/cost analysis and evaluating price reasonableness.
• Familiarity with government audit processes (DCAA, DCMA) and CPSR requirements.
