Supply Chain Manager

About the role

As a Supply Chain Manager you will ensure critical materials and components are available for ASML’s advanced semiconductor technology systems. You will work across sourcing, engineering, manufacturing and external suppliers to build a reliable, resilient and competitive supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance and lead improvement actions to close gaps.
• Lead demand‑ and supply‑related escalations and resolve supply chain disruptions.
• Develop and maintain supplier capacity growth and flexibility plans.
• Assess supplier move‑rate capability and drive capability‑improvement programs.
• Identify supply‑chain risks across multiple tiers and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead cross‑functional projects to enhance logistics processes and overall performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical) or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, sourcing or a comparable complex operational environment.
• Experience managing contract manufacturers in high‑tech industries.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage priorities across global organizations.
