Supply Chain Logistics Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Logistics Analyst to support day‑to‑day execution of supply chain operations for a fast‑growing consumer brand. You will work hands‑on with sales order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics coordination and post‑production quality initiatives in a collaborative, high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly sales order fulfillment for refrigerated and ambient product lines, ensuring inventory availability and timely execution with 3PL partners.
• Manage LTL and FTL shipment coordination, monitor transportation activity, and resolve delays, claims, and delivery issues.
• Partner with co‑manufacturers, warehouses, consolidators, carriers, and 3PLs to ensure seamless product movement from production to customer delivery.
• Maintain inventory reporting, stock status updates, warehouse shelf‑life reviews, and logistics reporting.
• Review vendor invoices, support accounts receivable, and assist with post‑production quality initiatives.
• Leverage Excel extensively for reporting, tracking, and analysis while working within the ERP system.
• Adapt to evolving business needs by supporting various operational and supply chain initiatives as the organization scales.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, preferably within CPG or food & beverage.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting, tracking, and data analysis.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience coordinating with 3PLs, warehouses, carriers, or transportation partners.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and thriving on a lean, high‑growth team.
