About the role

The Alcon Supply Chain team is seeking early‑career graduates to join the Supply Chain Leadership Development Program (SCLDP) as Associates in Fort Worth, TX, starting January or June 2027. The three‑year rotational program includes year‑long assignments in Supply Chain & Analytics, Transportation & Logistics, and Warehouse & Distribution, providing hands‑on experience and leadership development.

Key responsibilities

• Apply job‑related and foundational professional knowledge to complete assigned tasks and support defined project or operational objectives.
• Collect, organize, and analyze information to support reporting, documentation, and decision‑making.
• Collaborate with team members and cross‑functional partners to support shared goals and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, MBA, or MS in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Graduation expected December 2026 or May 2027 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8/4.0.
• Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular activities or projects.
• Authorization to work permanently in the United States and ability to commit to a three‑year, full‑time (40 hours/week) program in Fort Worth.
