About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson’s supply chain team in Mooresville, Indiana, as a Supply Chain Distributions Co‑op. This position offers hands‑on experience in warehouse operations, project management, and data analysis while supporting cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate daily site meetings to ensure smooth communication.
• Participate in weekly and monthly business reviews and update site metrics for leadership presentations.
• Support projects with engineering, operations, and other cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with business partners to gather wins and share them via site meetings or internal posts.
• Provide analytics support using Excel, Power BI, and WMS tools.
• Work on a short project to gain hands‑on experience in warehouse operations.
• Assist with ad‑hoc requests and team initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Current student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, operations, engineering, or a related field.
• Authorization to work permanently in the U.S. without future sponsorship.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with Power BI (preferred).
• Experience with WMS tools (mentioned as part of analytics support).
