Supply Chain Delivery Manager – Data Center Power & Cooling

About the role

Anthropic is rapidly expanding its data center capacity and needs a senior Supply Chain Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of owner‑furnished equipment (OFE) for power and cooling systems. You will be the single point of contact for end‑to‑end logistics, ensuring that critical components such as transformers, UPS, generators, chillers and air handlers arrive on schedule and do not delay site readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the OFE delivery plan for each assigned site, aligning order placement, engineering approvals, production slots, factory acceptance testing, shipping and required‑on‑site dates with the construction schedule.
• Collaborate with construction teams, engineering, and general contractors during pre‑construction to set delivery expectations and identify schedule risks before purchase orders are issued.
• Lead kickoff meetings with general contractors and internal teams to define points of contact, delivery windows, receiving requirements and escalation paths.
• Maintain a live tracker that serves as the single source of truth for OFE status, milestone dates and risk ratings across the portfolio.
• Run weekly delivery cadences with OEMs and integrators, verify production progress against committed slots and drive escalations when needed.
• Hold suppliers and contractors accountable for delivery performance and provide leadership with clear, consolidated risk assessments.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex supply‑chain delivery for large‑scale construction or data‑center projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate across construction, electrical, mechanical engineering and strategic sourcing teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving and escalation management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on schedule integration and risk mitigation.
