Supply Chain Data & Process Leader

About the role

Moog's Military Aircraft Group in Torrance is looking for a Supply Chain Data & Process Leader to drive system implementation and standardize processes across its supply chain functions. You will work in a hybrid schedule, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, redesign, and improve site‑wide supply chain processes.
• Support change‑management initiatives and implementation strategies.
• Partner with internal and external IT resources to enhance supply chain systems and develop AI‑related strategies.
• Provide guidance on supply chain tools, transaction processes, and platform strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in operations or supply chain.
• Hands‑on experience with supply chain systems and best practices, including SAP implementation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace, is a plus.
