Supply Chain Coordinator (US)

About the role

AltoVita is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support the growth of its hospitality portfolio across the Americas. The role will work closely with the Client Development team to ensure a seamless sourcing and vetting process for accommodation operators, aligning with the company’s revenue goals and conversion metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the sourcing and vetting of hospitality operators (aparthotels, property managers, residences, co‑living, etc.) across the Americas.
• Conduct quality background checks and negotiate pricing to secure competitive contracts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align supplier selections with corporate mobility policies.
• Maintain and update the supplier database, ensuring compliance with duty‑of‑care standards.
• Provide market insights and data analysis to support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Experience in hospitality, accommodation, or related supply chain functions is preferred.
