Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

The Supply Chain Coordinator will manage inbound and outbound shipments for franchise restaurant locations and support centers, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory levels. This role serves as the primary liaison between franchisees, vendors, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues and support new restaurant openings.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, monitor distributor performance, delivery schedules, fill rates, and inventory levels.
• Act as the main point of contact for franchisees and vendors regarding shipping, order issues, shortages, and logistics concerns.
• Track and resolve delivery discrepancies, damaged goods, and service interruptions.
• Support product rollouts, promotions, seasonal items, and limited‑time offers from a distribution perspective.
• Maintain accurate distribution records, product data, and logistics documentation.
• Analyze shipping and freight costs to identify savings and operational efficiencies.
• Prepare logistics KPI reports, inventory performance, freight costs, and service level metrics.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in logistics, distribution, supply chain, or restaurant operations.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Shopify for order fulfillment and inventory management.
