Supply Chain Business Analyst (Remote, US)

About the role

Infosys Public Services is seeking a Supply Chain Business Analyst to support warehouse and inventory management solutions across a network of integrated USPS applications. The role is fully remote within the United States and involves translating business needs into technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze upstream and downstream impacts across ~30 integrated USPS and external SaaS applications.
• Validate data, build test scenarios, and support defect analysis using strong SQL skills.
• Review and test API behavior, request/response structures, and integration rules.
• Decompose complex business processes into clear workflows and testable requirements.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to trace data transformations in Oracle Forms and Oracle databases.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, refine backlogs, write user stories, and create test cases.
• Manage UAT and CAT testing sessions, develop scenarios, coordinate users, and track defects.
• Produce process documentation, user guides, SOPs, and support workflows.
• Facilitate discussions among business stakeholders, developers, QA, vendors, and architects.
