Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

Jetson is building a fully vertically integrated home electrification company and needs a data‑driven Supply Chain Analyst to ensure inventory accuracy across its expanding warehouse network. This hands‑on position focuses on data integrity, operational discipline, and root‑cause problem solving.

Key responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy for all active warehouse sites as the primary NetSuite/Arena data steward.
• Perform cycle counts, variance analysis, manual receipts, and support audits.
• Post inventory adjustment transactions in NetSuite and escalate high‑value discrepancies.
• Set up new warehouse sites, seed opening inventory, establish reorder points, and coordinate WMS configuration.
• Log, investigate, and resolve receiving discrepancies in NetSuite/Arena.
• Manage quarantine, reverse logistics, and disposition of returned or damaged inventory.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives for inventory accuracy across the network.

Required profile

• 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse operations experience.
• Proficiency with NetSuite (preferred) and strong understanding of cycle counting, ABC classification, and inventory reconciliation.
• Experience handling receiving discrepancies, returns, and warranty processes.
• Root‑cause analysis mindset with high attention to detail.

• Modern automation tools, including AI, for process improvement
