Supplier Quality Manager (Quality Agreements)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Supplier Quality Manager to lead quality agreements and supplier performance initiatives for a pharmaceutical/medical‑device client in North Chicago. This position focuses on execution of supplier quality operations rather than people management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review, and manage Supplier Quality Agreements.
• Create and maintain supplier scorecards and performance metrics.
• Track, analyze, and report supplier quality trends and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate supplier metric reviews and ensure timely completion.
• Support supplier compliance activities and quality‑system initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive continuous quality improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of quality experience in pharma or medical‑device manufacturing.
• Strong background in Supplier Quality and Supplier Controls.
• Hands‑on experience with Supplier Quality Agreements.
• Proven ability to work with supplier metrics, scorecards, and quality reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
