About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Supervisor of Physical Damage Claims to lead a high‑performing team in Webster, MA. The role combines hands‑on claim handling with coaching responsibilities, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of auto‑damage claims while delivering a customer‑first experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of claims professionals, setting clear expectations and monitoring performance.
- Oversee investigation, evaluation and settlement of first‑ and third‑party physical damage claims, including coverage and liability determinations.
- Manage complex and escalated claims, providing guidance and decision support.
- Track and improve key performance metrics such as inventory, cycle time, quality, service levels and closures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Proven experience in claims leadership with a focus on auto physical‑damage claims.
- Strong coaching and talent‑development abilities.
- Ability to make sound coverage and liability decisions under pressure.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality, customer‑centric service.
