Supervisor, Material Control

About the role

The Material Control Supervisor will oversee production operations and material flow at our gas processing and treating facility. The role ensures optimal inventory levels, reduces waste, and maintains safety and quality standards. It is essential for seamless production scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise receipt, storage, and distribution of materials for gas processing operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve quality or delivery issues.
• Lead, train, and evaluate a team of material control personnel.
• Analyze processes, implement efficiency improvements, and enforce safety and handling procedures.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED or 2‑year technical diploma; minimum 10 years of industrial/manufacturing experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; ability to read engineering drawings and knowledge of pipe spool and vessel fabrication.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship required.

Required skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experienced in SAP Inventory Management or Warehouse Management.
