Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineering – A320 Process Engineer

About the role

Airbus is seeking a Supervisor for Manufacturing Engineering focused on A320 process engineering at its Mobile, AL facility. The role leads a multi‑functional team, coordinates engineering activities, and supports production needs for the A320 family.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all Manufacturing Engineering (ME) process engineering activities within the assigned business area.
• Ensure timely resolution of ME topics to support production and escalation requirements.
• Act as subject‑matter expert and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Train and develop new team members and promote knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on quality, safety, and technical documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering or process engineering, preferably in aerospace.
• Leadership experience managing a technical team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic, multi‑functional environment.
