Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineering – A320 Final Phase

About the role

Airbus is seeking a Supervisor for Manufacturing Engineering in the A320 Final Phase to lead the ME Technical Shop Floor Support (TSFS) team at its Mobile, AL facility. The role involves coordinating engineering activities, supporting production needs, and developing new team members.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the ME TSFS team and oversee daily shop‑floor support activities.
• Coordinate technical information, quality control, maintenance tasks, and health & safety initiatives.
• Ensure timely resolution of engineering topics and escalation requirements to meet production schedules.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for the assigned business area.
• Provide training and development for new team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering within aerospace or related high‑tech production environments.
• Leadership experience supervising technical teams.
• Strong understanding of aircraft assembly processes, especially A320 family production.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
