About the role
The Supervisor of Library and Technology Services at East Texas A&M University leads and manages a suite of essential library and technology functions, supporting academic excellence and research across the campus.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and day‑to‑day management of library operations and technology services.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
- Manage budgets, collections, digital resources, and technology infrastructure to meet faculty and student needs.
- Coordinate with academic departments to align library services with curriculum and research initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with university policies, accreditation standards, and copyright regulations.
