Supervisor, Flightline

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a Supervisor, Flightline to lead its flight‑test and maintenance teams at the Columbus, Mississippi facility. The role ensures the planning, execution and completion of flight test schedules for both repair‑station and production aircraft, supporting a range of helicopter models.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise 15‑20 flight‑test technicians across Part 21 and Part 145 programmes for H125, H130, H135, H145 and H160 airframes.
• Adjust manpower and coordinate with other departments to execute over 300 production work orders.
• Ensure technicians have the tools, data and support needed to meet delivery schedules.
• Monitor compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements during flight testing.
• Report progress and issues to senior management and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising technical teams in aerospace or helicopter maintenance.
• Strong understanding of Part 21 and Part 145 regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple work orders and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
