About the role

Mercor is seeking a Superstar Reviewer to evaluate AI‑generated content. This remote contract position focuses on improving the reasoning and rigor of model outputs by providing detailed feedback to research teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the accuracy and depth of AI‑generated material to strengthen model performance.
• Review complex content for alignment with domain principles and methodologies.
• Deliver clear, structured feedback to AI research teams to enhance training data quality.
• Develop evaluation rubrics and benchmarks for AI‑generated tasks and solutions.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to ensure consistency, relevance, and coverage across datasets.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while driving model improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in content review or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
