Superintendent - High-End Residential Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Superintendent to oversee 5‑7 high‑end home builds, each valued between $3M and $10M. You will manage all on‑site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project schedule, budget, resources, and documentation throughout the build lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with the team, field crew, clients, owners’ representatives, and design partners.
• Handle value engineering, cost analysis, and recommendations as needed.
• Identify, qualify, and manage subcontractors, including RFPs, bids, contracts, scope, payments, safety compliance, and close‑out.
• Oversee material activities: submittals, change orders, take‑offs, pricing, and ordering.
• Maintain project documentation such as owner’s manuals, submittal logs, safety files, and permits.
• Review shop drawings for windows, cabinets, and other building elements.
• Ensure project close‑out, warranties, finish schedules, and conduct post‑construction occupancy reviews.
• Act as liaison to the Service Department and support company growth initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in high‑end residential construction.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, team‑building, and mentoring abilities.
• Technical ingenuity and knowledge of construction materials.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Interpretation of architectural drawings and specifications.
