Summer Seasonal Sales Associate

About the role

Join Levi's® Store in Lynnfield Marketplace as a Summer Seasonal Sales Associate. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover Levi’s heritage while delivering exceptional service during the busy summer season.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Handle cash according to Levi’s cash‑handling guidelines.
• Assist with stock replenishment, security tagging, and pricing.
• Maintain visual standards and store appearance.
• Execute rapid floor refill using RFID‑enabled inventory processes.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand for long periods.
• Minimum one year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Organized, adaptable, and methodical work style.

Required skills

• Basic iOS proficiency.
• Familiarity with RFID inventory systems.
• Device troubleshooting basics.
