Summer Associate – Executive Search

About the role

Dore Partnership is seeking ambitious Summer Associates to join its New York office for an immersive, minimum 8‑week executive search program. You will work directly with the search team, gaining hands‑on experience in talent research, market mapping, and client reporting while contributing to real‑world projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research on industries, companies, and key individuals using tools such as LinkedIn and Bloomberg.
• Map key individuals, companies, and sectors to develop comprehensive market intelligence.
• Produce detailed client reports focused on human capital and customized project analyses.
• Support search execution and assist business development initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Strong academic record with a GPA of 3.4 or higher.
• High emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal skills, and genuine interest in people.
• Ambitious, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities, a commitment to thorough research, and high integrity.
• Proven teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate toward shared goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
