Success Coach - Secondary Math

About the role

The Success Coach joins Great Minds' Implementation Services team to drive adoption and effective use of our secondary math curriculum across Texas districts. Working from the Dallas/Fort Worth area, you will partner with schools to ensure smooth implementation and measurable student outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate professional development sessions and coaching cycles for teachers and instructional leaders.
• Provide on‑site and virtual support to districts during curriculum rollout.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Great Minds’ math products, features, and instructional strategies.
• Collect feedback and data to inform continuous improvement of implementation practices.
• Collaborate with regional teams to align services with district goals.

Required profile

• Experienced secondary math teacher or instructional coach.
• Strong understanding of curriculum implementation and instructional best practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to travel within the Texas region as needed.
