Success Coach – Secondary Math (Houston/Rio Grande Valley)

About the role

The Success Coach joins Great Minds' Implementation Services team to help districts and schools adopt and effectively use our secondary math curriculum. Based in Texas, you will work directly with educators to deliver professional development and coaching that drives student achievement.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate on‑site professional development sessions for teachers and instructional leaders.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching to support curriculum implementation and instructional practice.
• Collaborate with district partners to assess needs, set goals, and monitor progress.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Great Minds’ math products, resources, and best‑practice strategies.
• Collect feedback and share insights with product and training teams to improve offerings.

Required profile

• Experienced secondary math teacher or instructional coach.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to travel within the Houston and Rio Grande Valley region.
• Commitment to high‑expectation, data‑driven instruction.
