Success Coach – Secondary Math (Fixed‑Term) – Texas

About the role

The Success Coach (Fixed‑Term) joins Great Minds’ Implementation Services team to drive adoption and effective use of secondary math curriculum across Texas districts. Working from a central hub, you will partner with schools and districts to ensure successful implementation of Eureka Math and related resources.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate professional development sessions and coaching cycles for teachers and instructional leaders.
• Provide on‑site and virtual support to districts, helping them integrate curriculum, technology, and instructional practices.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Great Minds products, especially Eureka Math, to answer questions and troubleshoot implementation challenges.
• Collect feedback from educators to inform product improvements and share best practices across the region.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align services with district goals and timelines.

Required profile

• Experienced classroom teacher or instructional coach with a strong background in secondary mathematics.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective professional development and coaching.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with educators and administrators.
• Flexibility to travel within the Dallas/Fort Worth region as needed.
