Success Coach – K‑5 Math (Texas, Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Success Coach will join Great Minds' Implementation Services team to drive adoption and effective use of K‑5 math curriculum across Texas districts. Working closely with schools, you will blend professional development (PD) facilitation and coaching to ensure teachers can deliver high‑quality, research‑based instruction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site and virtual PD sessions on Eureka Math and related resources.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching to teachers and instructional leaders to improve instructional practices.
• Assist districts in planning, implementing, and evaluating curriculum rollout.
• Gather feedback from classrooms to inform product improvements and support services.
• Collaborate with the Texas team to align coaching strategies with district goals.

Required profile

• Experienced classroom teacher or instructional coach with a strong background in K‑5 mathematics.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to travel within the Dallas/Fort Worth region and other Texas districts as needed.
