Success Coach – K-5 Math (Texas)

About the role

The Success Coach will join Great Minds’ Implementation Services team to drive adoption and effective use of our K-5 math curriculum across Texas school districts. Working closely with educators in San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston, you will provide both professional development and coaching to ensure teachers deliver high-quality, research-based instruction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on-site professional development workshops and coaching sessions for teachers and administrators.
• Guide districts through the implementation of Eureka Math and related resources.
• Assess instructional practices and provide actionable feedback to improve student outcomes.
• Collaborate with product and support teams to relay classroom insights and inform product refinements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Great Minds’ curriculum features and best-practice instructional strategies.

Required profile

• Certified teacher or instructional specialist with experience teaching K-5 mathematics.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, able to build relationships with diverse school stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze instructional data and provide constructive coaching.
• Willingness to travel throughout Texas to serve multiple districts.

• Experience delivering professional development and coaching in classroom settings.
