Success Coach III – Marriage Program

About the role

The Success Coach III serves as an ambassador, facilitator, and mentor for Be Strong International’s Marriage Program. You will deliver the Heart Skills™ curriculum, engage couples in workshops, and support their relational growth through case management and community outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate high‑quality couples workshops using the approved curriculum and maintain participant satisfaction of 90% or higher.
• Provide individualized coaching, follow‑up, and resource referrals to ensure at least 80% of couples achieve program goals.
• Pitch the program to community partners, churches, and organizations to meet quarterly recruitment targets.
• Maintain accurate records, complete documentation on time, and meet all funder compliance standards.
• Build and sustain relationships with program partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders, representing Be Strong professionally at events and media engagements.

Required profile

• Strong public speaking and facilitation abilities.
• Comfortable leading workshops and delivering group training.
• Ability to inspire participants and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
