Success Coach – Education Implementation

About the role

The Success Coach joins Great Minds' Implementation Services team to drive adoption and effective use of our curriculum products across schools and districts in the Northeast. You will blend professional development facilitation with hands‑on coaching to ensure educators can deliver high‑quality instruction using our math, science, and ELA resources.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with district leaders and school teams to plan and execute curriculum implementation.
• Design and deliver on‑site professional development sessions tailored to district needs.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching to teachers, helping them integrate product features into daily instruction.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Great Minds’ product suite and communicate benefits to stakeholders.
• Collect feedback from classrooms and relay insights to product and learning teams.

Required profile

• Experienced classroom teacher or instructional coach with a track record of curriculum rollout.
• Strong understanding of K‑12 instructional practices in math, science, or ELA.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
