About the role
Ensemble Schools is seeking energetic dance instructors to substitute teach ballet, tap, jazz, and hip‑hop classes for its Production Company Dance Centre in Longmont, CO. The role involves covering regular teachers when they are unavailable, ensuring continuity of instruction for students of all ages.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, in‑person dance lessons across multiple styles.
- Substitute for weekly teachers who are traveling, performing, or sick.
- Maintain a safe, positive classroom environment for beginners through teens.
Required profile
- High‑energy and engaging with children of all ages.
- Organized, responsible, and comfortable communicating with community venues and clients.
- Comfortable working with a wide range of skill levels, from beginners to teens.
Required skills
- Ability to teach ballet.
- Ability to teach tap.
- Ability to teach jazz.
- Ability to teach hip‑hop.
