Stylist

About the role

The Stylist will deliver an exceptional Levi’s experience to every guest in our Scottsdale store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will combine fashion expertise with proactive customer service to drive sales, support merchandising, and uphold store operations standards.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest outfit combinations that reflect current trends and Levi’s promotions, aligning with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Engage customers, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction in line with company policy.
• Handle cash, process shipments, set the sales floor, execute markdowns and replenish merchandise.
• Maintain visual standards, execute floor sets, and support inventory management.
• Follow all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and awareness of current style trends.
• Positive, customer‑focused attitude with strong empathy for guests and teammates.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.

Required skills

• Cash handling and basic merchandising operations.
