Student Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

The Recruitment Coordinator leads the college’s efforts to attract prospective students to its academic programs. Working closely with student services, faculty, and community partners, the recruiter supports a caring campus culture that aims to improve lives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to high schools, businesses, and community organizations to recruit prospective students and represent the college at fairs and expositions.
• Maintain relationships with high‑school counselors, career coaches, and industry partners; organize and participate in education and community events.
• Plan and assist with on‑campus recruitment events, coordinate campus tours, and train student ambassadors for both on‑site and off‑site outreach.
• Support all aspects of student recruitment and admission, serve on college committees, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Strong written and public communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license for state business travel.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of $32,000 – $38,000 per year.
