About the role

The University of Arkansas, Fayetteville is seeking a Student Marketing Director to support the university’s marketing initiatives aimed at current and prospective students. This temporary, fixed‑term position is classified as professional staff in project/program administration.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies that promote university programs and events.
• Coordinate marketing activities across campus departments and student organizations.
• Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials and digital content.
• Collaborate with university stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.
• Track and report on marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Current student of the University of Arkansas system, eligible to work in Workday.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
