About the role

This unpaid Student Intern position supports the Nursing Clinical Lab at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. The role offers hands‑on experience in a simulated clinical environment, assisting nursing students, faculty, and lab operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations of the nursing clinical laboratory.
• Support nursing students and faculty during patient‑care simulations.
• Maintain and prepare clinical equipment and learning materials.

• Ensure confidentiality of all lab activities and student information.

Required profile

• Enrolled in high school with completed STEM coursework.
• Fully vaccinated against Covid‑19 or hold an approved exemption.
• Legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with computer programs.
