Student Ambassador

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Student Ambassador to join the Avila University Arizona campus in Goodyear. In this part‑time position you will act as a bridge between graduate students and campus leadership, helping to promote programs, events and services while fostering an inclusive campus community.

Key responsibilities

• Promote campus programs, events and student services through in‑person outreach and digital channels.
• Serve as a friendly point of contact for current and prospective graduate students, providing information and resources.
• Assist with planning and execution of campus events such as open houses, webinars, workshops and residencies, handling logistics before, during and after each event.
• Collaborate with campus leadership to create social‑media content, flyers, presentations and other communications.
• Gather and share student feedback, ideas and trends with leadership to support continuous improvement.
• Represent Avila University Arizona at community and networking events in the West Valley.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled as a graduate student at Avila University Arizona.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, organized and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in enhancing the student experience and promoting campus initiatives.
