Structured Finance Manager

About the role

Radiant Industries is developing portable nuclear microreactors and is seeking a Structured Finance Manager to lead its multi‑year capital financing program. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will design and execute Investment Tax Credit (ITC) strategies, ensure compliance, and provide financial structuring analysis for major contracts and capital transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement ITC election and monetization pathways in collaboration with tax and legal advisors.
• Structure contracts to maintain credit eligibility and manage rate terms ahead of regulatory changes.
• Build and maintain documentation infrastructure for IRS, lender, and tax‑equity diligence.
• Oversee recurring reporting obligations, including Treasury/IRS filings and investor reporting.
• Monitor recapture risk throughout each asset’s compliance period and flag operational changes.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, auditors, legal, and accounting teams to embed compliance into contracts.
• Map structured financing options, lead negotiations with lenders, and track internal and investor reporting.
• Liaise with Strategic Finance, Risk & Compliance, and other teams on exposure and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and executing ITC monetization strategies.
• Strong knowledge of tax credit compliance and regulatory deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams including EPC, legal, and auditors.
• Experience leading negotiations and deal execution with financial partners.
