Structured Finance Analyst

About the role

The Structured Finance Analyst will support the CIB Structured Finance team by researching, analyzing, and preparing client‑facing materials. This role involves building financial models, conducting due diligence, and ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyze companies from financial, operational, competitive, and industry perspectives.
• Prepare offering memoranda, engagement letters, and client presentation materials.
• Build complex financial models using Microsoft Excel.
• Perform transaction due diligence and verify compliance with legal and federal regulations.
• Gather and interpret market and industry data to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in product development, product management, or a related finance function.
• Strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and project‑management skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
