About the role

As a Strategy& Private Equity Value Creation (PEVC) Senior Manager focusing on Industrials, you will advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring. You will translate market insights into strategic frameworks that help clients make informed deal decisions and drive value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic advisory initiatives for M&A, divestitures and restructuring projects.
• Analyze market trends and assess business opportunities to develop client‑specific strategic frameworks.
• Guide clients through complex transactions, identifying risks and opportunities to maximize value.
• Craft clear, impactful messages that convey a holistic story to stakeholders.
• Apply systems thinking to uncover underlying problems and opportunities.
• Direct project teams through ambiguous and challenging situations while maintaining composure.
• Validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives and act on feedback.
• Build and sustain high‑performing, diverse and inclusive teams.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Preference for an MBA or advanced degree in fields such as Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Business Administration.
