About the role

As a Strategy& Private Equity Value Creation (PEVC) Manager focusing on Industrials, you will guide clients through complex transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings. You will develop strategic frameworks, analyse market trends and assess business opportunities to help clients maximise value and make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of M&A, divestiture and restructuring initiatives.
• Analyse market trends and business opportunities to inform client decision‑making.
• Develop and apply strategic frameworks that optimise deal outcomes.
• Manage client service accounts and drive value‑creation workstreams.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, leveraging their strengths.
• Perform financial modelling and scenario analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
• Conduct competitive and industry trend analyses to support recommendations.
• Collaborate with clients on post‑merger integration strategies.
• Refine business plans to align with client objectives and market conditions.
• Facilitate difficult stakeholder conversations and resolve conflicts.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Preference for a Master’s or MBA in fields such as Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Law or related disciplines.
