Strategy & Ops Associate

About the role

LinkedIn is looking for a Strategy & Ops Associate to join the Central Operations team within the Global Business Organization. The role will be based in New York, San Francisco or Sunnyvale and operates in a hybrid model, combining remote work with office collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Structure ambiguous problems, conduct data‑driven analysis and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Leverage data insights to set targets, measure impact and prioritize initiatives.
• Partner with Deal Desk leadership and cross‑functional teams to drive commercial strategies and present findings to senior leaders.
• Design and scale automated workflows for commercial operations such as order management and pricing.
• Translate business questions into clear frameworks and collaborate with Sales Ops, Tech and Data teams.

Required profile

• Strong strategic mindset with excellent analytical abilities.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
• Detail‑oriented, open‑minded and comfortable challenging the status quo.
• Self‑starter with a bias to action and experience using AI‑enabled tools.
• Effective communicator who can collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
