About the role

We are building a Large Physics foundation Model to enable causal AI that can predict the future and prescribe actions to change it. As a Strategy & Operations leader, you will partner directly with the founders to bring structure, analysis, and execution to the company’s most critical initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive high‑priority strategic and operational projects from concept to completion.
• Design and implement the operational, financial, and analytical infrastructure needed for rapid scaling.
• Own special projects such as fundraising support, finance operations, vendor management, and internal process improvements.
• Provide data‑driven insights and clear thinking for major company decisions.
• Take ownership of ambiguous problems, develop solutions, and see them through to resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, or an early‑stage founder/operator role.
• Exceptional analytical and structured‑thinking abilities with comfort tackling open‑ended problems.
• Strong bias toward action and a track record of delivering complex projects independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all functions.
• High autonomy, sound judgment, and the capacity to operate without a playbook.

Required skills

• Experience building operational and financial reporting systems.
• Proficiency with data‑driven decision making and metric tracking.
