Strategy & Operations Consultant (Senior) – Management Consulting

About the role

We are seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join a boutique management‑consulting firm in New York. The role focuses on strategy and operations projects across multiple industries, helping clients improve go‑to‑market approaches, supply‑chain performance and financial efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for client businesses.
• Lead S&OP, sourcing, supply‑chain and procurement initiatives.
• Identify and implement gross‑margin, OPEX and capital efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver actionable recommendations.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and client communications.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of management‑consulting experience at a recognized firm (e.g., Deloitte).
• Hands‑on experience in strategy and operations consulting.
• Top‑tier academic background, preferably in quantitative disciplines.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Based in New York City.
