Strategy Manager – US & Canada

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Strategy Manager to lead high‑impact initiatives across its US and Canada region. You will partner with senior leaders in Wholesale, Retail and cross‑functional teams to shape commercial strategy, support planning cycles and solve critical business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects such as competitor analyses, whitespace opportunity studies and the design of new processes.
• Support US‑Canada leadership with weekly discussions, monthly performance reviews, bi‑annual workshops and three‑year strategic planning.
• Facilitate task forces, plan workshops and act as an ongoing advisor to commercial partners, especially Wholesale and Retail leaders.
• Synthesize data and insights to prioritize actions that drive growth and performance.
• Collaborate with the Marketplace & Consumer Insights team to monitor consumer segments, competitors and trends.
• Manage the weekly US‑Canada strategy cohort meetings.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate finance, investment banking or a related field.
• Proven ability to deliver data‑driven recommendations in a fast‑changing retail environment.
• Experience working with senior leaders in a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical mindset and clear, concise communication style.
• Self‑starter who can navigate ambiguity and ask insightful questions.
• Passion for retail, apparel and the cultural impact of Levi’s.
