About the role

As a Strategy & Deals Technology Strategy Senior Associate, you will guide clients through mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships, providing due diligence, valuation and strategic advice. You will work within PwC’s Advisory practice, building client relationships and deepening your technical expertise across the full transaction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence for M&A transactions.
• Develop acquisition strategies and evaluate business plans to identify growth opportunities.
• Perform competitive and industry trend analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
• Create detailed financial models to assess deal structures and outcomes.
• Support post‑merger integration to maximize value creation.
• Engage in scenario analysis to anticipate risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with corporate development teams on strategic planning and execution.
• Analyze financial statements to provide insights into financial health.
• Assist in developing strategic initiatives for mergers, acquisitions and partnerships.
• Utilize financial risk analysis to identify and mitigate uncertainties.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or having completed an MBA (Master’s of Business Administration).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Final‑year MBA candidates are preferred.
