About the role

As a Strategy & Deals Tech Strategy Director at PwC, you will advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring with a focus on product and technology diligence. You will help software and technology‑enabled businesses create value through strategic frameworks and data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives in M&A, divestitures and restructuring to optimise client outcomes.
• Analyse market trends and assess business opportunities to develop decision‑making frameworks.
• Guide clients through complex transactions, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategies that maximise value in deal‑making processes.
• Oversee multiple projects while maintaining executive‑level client relationships.
• Promote technological advances and foster an environment where people and technology thrive together.
• Mentor and cultivate the next generation of leaders within the organisation.
• Collaborate across the PwC network to leverage collective strengths.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 9 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and experience in competitive analysis and market research.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and financial statement analysis.
• Experience leading post‑merger integration and value‑creation initiatives.
